The SUPTMOTION VCAZ Series Micro-Positioning Vibrating Voice Coil Actuators are specifically designed for ultra-precision motion control applications, suitable for scenarios such as precision motion platforms, optical alignment systems, and micro-positioning equipment. Vibrating voice coil actuators generate linear motion through electromagnetic force. By generating motion directly without mechanical transmission components, the system eliminates backlash and significantly reduces friction, enhancing efficiency and achieving maintenance-free operation.
This direct-drive design enables the actuator to achieve micrometer-level positioning accuracy and exceptional repeatability, which is critical for precision motion platforms and optical positioning equipment.
The VCAZ series vibrating coil actuators feature high dynamic response capability. Vibrating voice coil actuators accelerate rapidly and respond agilely to control signals, enabling high-speed positioning while maintaining precision in micro-positioning systems.
