The SUPT MOTION VCAR0436-0250-00A is an ultra-high-thrust cylindrical voice coil motor capable of delivering a peak thrust of up to 436 N over a total stroke of 25 mm. This voice coil motor is specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial positioning, large-part assembly, and active vibration damping of heavy loads in manufacturing equipment.
In heavy-duty industrial applications—such as press-fit assembly, stamping assistance, or heavy-duty pallet positioning—traditional pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders are commonly used, but they lack precise position and force control.
The VCAR0436-0250-00A combines the high thrust of hydraulic systems with the precision of electric servo control. Its 25-millimeter stroke is suitable for part insertion or clamping operations, while its peak thrust of 436 N can handle tight interference fits.
