The SUPT MOTION VCAR0007-0127-00A is a high-dynamic cylindrical linear voice coil motor developed specifically for material sorting applications in automated production lines. It features a peak thrust of 7.1N, a continuous thrust of 2.3N, and a total stroke of 12.7mm. with a body diameter of 19.1 mm, a length of 27 mm, and a moving coil weight of 11.4 g. It can be directly integrated into the robotic arms and conveyor systems of sorting equipment to enable rapid sorting, positioning, and handling of materials of various specifications, meeting the automated production needs of industries such as electronics, food, medical supplies, and express logistics.
The motor features a modular design, allowing multiple units to be flexibly combined according to sorting requirements to achieve synchronized sorting across multiple stations, significantly improving efficiency. In terms of performance, the voice coil motor offers a positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm and a repeatability of ±0.005 mm, with high-frequency response capable of meeting the sorting cycle requirements of high-speed automated production lines.
Additionally, the voice coil motor incorporates anti-stall protection; when material becomes jammed, it automatically reduces thrust to prevent motor overload and damage, thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of equipment operation.
Compared to traditional sorting drive solutions, the VCAR0007-0127-00A eliminates intermediate transmission components such as gearboxes and synchronous belts. With zero backlash, low hysteresis, and rapid response, it significantly improves sorting accuracy and efficiency. It is widely applicable to scenarios such as electronic component sorting, food packaging sorting, medical capsule sorting, and small parcel sorting, providing highly reliable and highly dynamic sorting drive solutions for automated production lines.
