Linear voice coil motor module is characterized by high speed, high precision and low friction in thin plate laser cutting machine. Linear voice coil motor module is suitable for driving the X/Y axis of the laser cutting machine due to its low friction, gearless structure and high-precision response, providing very precise and fast movement to ensure accurate positioning of the laser beam.
Linear voice coil motor modules can be used to accurately control the height of the Z-axis, allowing the laser head to adjust its focus according to the thickness of the material, ensuring a uniform and high quality cut.
Compared with the traditional Z-axis adjustment method, the linear voice coil motor can adjust the focus position more quickly and accurately, reducing the reliance on the operator and increasing the degree of automation.
The stability of the machine is also important during the laser cutting process, especially at high speeds where any unwanted vibrations or oscillations may affect the cutting results. The linear voice coil motor, due to its linear motion characteristics, significantly reduces mechanical vibration and improves the stability of the entire machine compared to traditional servo motors and gear drive systems.
Thin plate laser cutting machines require the machine to respond quickly to path changes when cutting complex paths. Linear voice coil motor has a very high dynamic response, can quickly adapt to sudden changes in the cutting path, especially in the cutting of complex shapes, can effectively improve the cutting efficiency and accuracy.
