Equipment Structure:

Model JY-350QP Frozen Meat Flaker Cutting Machine comprises a motor, electrical cabinet, control box, blade roller, adjustment block, and pusher.

Working Principle:
 

The blade roller is driven by a V-belt to rotate at 435 revolutions per minute. Placed meat pieces are fed into the hopper and subsequently sliced or diced by a pneumatic cylinder.
