Model TJ-400S Interchangeable Cutting Heads Offer Flexibility in Shape Cuts
TJ-400S centrifugal slicers produce slices or shreds by guiding the produce through multiple cutting stations. They are operator friendly and versatile, as cut shapes can be changed in a matter of minutes thanks to the interchangeability of lightweight cutting heads.
 
Jiuying Model TJ-400S to produce precise, uniform flat slices, V-cut slice, crinkle cut slice and shred & strips cuts at high production capabilities (800-1000kg/h) with excellent results. Products processed on the Model TJ-400S include potatoes for chips, shredded papaya, mushrooms, cabbage, lettuce, other vegetables/fruits, nut reductions for bakery ingredients, and pet food ingredients. Features continuous operation for uninterrupted production and is designed for easy cleanup and maintenance. This machine will accept products measuring within 90 mm in any dimension.
