TJ-400T High-Capacity Centrifugal Slicer:
The TJ-400T Centrifugal Slicer is engineered to deliver uniform slicing and shreddingacross a wide range of vegetables and fruits, even at high processing volumes. Designed for industrial food processors, it combines precision cutting with high throughput up to 3000kg/h, significantly reducing production time, labor cost, and raw material waste. Its clean and accurate cutting performance helps maintain product integrity, contributing to extended shelf life and improved product presentation.
This versatile machine is available with a complete range of interchangeable cutting heads, allowing processors to easily switch between slicing and shredding applications. The 16-station cutting head accepts products up to 130 mm (5 1/8”) in diameter and processes them at high speed with exceptional consistency and accuracy.
The TJ-400T can be operated as a standalone unit or seamlessly integrated into automated processing lines. Multiple configurations—including different impeller wheels, infeed chutes, and discharge outlets—are available to accommodate varying product shapes, sizes, and downstream processing requirements. This flexibility makes the TJ-400T an ideal solution for vegetable processors, fruit processors, frozen food manufacturers, and central kitchensseeking reliable, high-performance slicing solutions.
TJ-400T Cutting Principle:
Application: Ginger, Apple, BEANS - green, BEETROOT - White, Bamboo shoot, Brussels sprouts, Carrot, Celeriac, Fennel, Ginger, Kiwi, MUSHROOM - Mushroom, Maize - Corn, Onion, RADISH - Horseradish, RADISH - other, Shallot, Tomato etc.
Widely used in fruit and vegetable processing plants, central kitchens, catering chain distribution centers, and canteens of institutions.

Details:
1. The 100% heavy duty SUS 304 stainless steel frame which improves cleanability and simplifies assembly considerably.
2. Large infeed provides uniform product flow to the cutting head and avoids overloading of the head.
3. The cutting head assembly consists of 16 individual stationary cutting stations. Slices or shreds are produced as product passes each knife in a smooth and uninterrupted manner. Length is controlled by the input product size. The cut product is collected through the central discharge.
4. Electrical control of the machine is startstop without programming or read-outs in order to meet simplicity, user-friendly.
5. Equipped with a 1.5 KW AC three-phase motor for low energy consumption and designed for easy washdown.
