The NBESR-1000A all-electric integrated refrigeration unit produced by NEWBASE is suitable for light-duty refrigerated trucks (7.5 - 8.5 meters in length) powered by new energy sources such as pure electricity, hydrogen energy, methanol, and extended-range systems. It is compatible with insulated container bodies with a volume of 42 - 46 cubic meters and can achieve refrigeration temperatures as low as -18°C to -20°C.
The compressor is designed to be installed inside the condenser. Both the condenser and the evaporator adopt an integrated structure. This refrigeration unit features an elegant appearance, rapid cooling speed, low power consumption thanks to frequency conversion control, and safe and reliable operation. Equipped with a built-in 4G module, the unit enables remote proactive after-sales service and temperature regulation control.
The product comes with an AC380V backup power function, allowing refrigeration using an external power source when the vehicle is parked, thus conserving the truck's battery power. Additionally, it is configured with a heating function, capable of achieving heating temperatures ranging from 6°C to 15°C.
