The NASIDE brand's Toyota Corolla air conditioning compressor takes "strong adaptability, efficient cooling, and stable operation" as its core design concept. By integrating the engine characteristics and air conditioning system requirements of the Corolla model, it has formed a unique product advantage. Its working principle is as follows: The engine drives the compressor to operate, drawing in the low-pressure refrigerant gas transferred from the evaporator. After compression, it is transformed into high-pressure and high-temperature gas and discharged into the condenser, ultimately achieving heat exchange and cooling inside the vehicle.
In terms of structural design, high-density sealing rings and reinforced bearings are adopted, effectively enhancing the sealing performance and wear resistance, and reducing the risk of refrigerant leakage. Some upgraded models adopt variable displacement technology (optional), which can automatically adjust the cooling output according to the interior temperature, further reducing fuel consumption.
