The capacitive sensor mounts on the vehicle frame, detecting suspension deflection caused by payload weight with 0.2mm accuracy. It connects to the 4G GPS tracker, which transmits real-time weight data alongside GPS location, speed, and status to the cloud platform. The anti-tamper design immediately notifies managers if any sensor or tracker interference is detected.
