Product Overview
Roof top mounted and powered by the vehicle battery, our EV-500 unit is specially designed for NEV (New Energy Vehicle) full electric trucks. It is widely applicable for reefer truck boxes with a volume of up to 19m³, ideal for transporting chilled & frozen foods, medical supplies, fruits, vegetables and other items that require strict temperature control. Yinhuasheng units are the preferred choice for customers who pursue durability, reliability, low operational costs and handling charges, featuring energy-saving and eco-friendly performance that aligns with the green transportation trend.
Standard Features
Applicable for small and medium-sized new energy vehicles, perfectly matching the use needs of NEV full electric trucks, serving as a professional roof top refrigeration system for electric reefer trucks.
Adopts high-grade (IP67) waterproof and insulation design, combined with AC-DC interlock and four-in-one integrated design, ensuring safe and stable operation in various harsh environments such as rainy, dusty and high-temperature conditions.
Equipped with ultra-slim fiberglass evaporator or aluminum alloy evaporator, featuring large air flow to achieve rapid and uniform cooling in the reefer truck box, maintaining a stable temperature for transported goods.
Fully enclosed electric compressor: high efficiency, eco-friendly, energy-saving, and not affected by vehicle speed, ensuring consistent cooling performance during driving, a core advantage of our EV refrigeration unit.
The compressor is built into the condenser unit, adopting a compact design that saves installation space on the truck roof and facilitates daily installation and maintenance.
Multi-functional LCD controller with precise temperature control, full data display and easy operation; it is equipped with fault code prompt and alarm function, facilitating timely maintenance and troubleshooting to reduce equipment downtime.
No interference between vehicle charging and unit operation, which not only saves charging time but also effectively extends the service life of the vehicle battery, further reducing overall operational costs.
Equipped with HP (High Pressure) and LP (Low Pressure) switch safety protection, effectively preventing equipment damage caused by abnormal pressure and ensuring safe and long-term stable operation.
Standard AC220V standby function, supporting parking cooling to keep the reefer truck box at a stable low temperature when the vehicle is not running, suitable for long-distance transportation and temporary parking scenarios.
