The shredder uses 20 blades with a diameter of 300 mm and a thickness of 30 mm. At a controlled speed of 16 rpm, the cutting system continuously grips and shears the incoming scrap. How It Works

Scrap is placed into the feeding hopper and enters the cutting chamber. The low-speed blades catch the material and pull it between the cutting edges. As the blades continue rotating, the scrap is torn and sheared into smaller pieces.

The processed material falls through the discharge area. It can then be collected in a container or transferred automatically by conveyor. This continuous size-reduction process creates a more stable feedstock for subsequent recycling stages.
