The Wanshida Y83-500 Hydraulic Briquetting Press is a powerful and energy-efficient metal recycling machine designed to compress loose metal scrap into dense, high-value briquettes. Engineered with a nominal force of 5000 kN (500 tons), it delivers exceptional compaction performance for processing iron, steel, aluminum, and copper scrap in foundries, steel mills, and recycling plants.

Built for heavy-duty industrial use, the Y83-500 operates at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 283 MPa, forming high-density cylindrical briquettes in sizes of Φ150×300 mm or Φ180×300 mm. This powerful press achieves a production capacity of 1200–1500 kg/h, helping recyclers reduce material volume, minimize storage and transport costs, and improve furnace charging efficiency.
