The Wanshida Y83-630 Hydraulic Briquetting Press is a heavy-duty metal recycling machine engineered to compress loose metal scrap into high-density cylindrical briquettes. With an impressive nominal force of 6300 kN (630 tons) and a hydraulic pressure of 220 MPa, the Y83-630 delivers exceptional compression strength. It transforms various types of iron, steel, aluminum, and copper scrap into compact briquettes of Φ200 × 300 mm, maximizing recycling value and minimizing storage and transport costs.

This model achieves a production rate of 1800–2000 kg/hour, ensuring continuous operation for high-volume recycling applications. Driven by a 55 kW electric motor (or an optional customized diesel engine), it offers strong adaptability for different working environments and energy requirements.
