The Y83-160 Side Push-Out Hydraulic Metal Baler is a cost-effective solution designed for recycling operations that require stable performance, compact installation, and efficient metal compression.
With a 1600 kN (160-ton) hydraulic pressing force, the machine compresses loose scrap metal into dense, uniform bales, reducing storage space and transportation costs. It is suitable for scrap steel, aluminum scrap, sheet metal off-cuts, and mixed light-to-medium metal materials.
The side push-out bale discharge system allows bales to be ejected horizontally, making the machine ideal for sites with limited front space or side forklift handling. Equipped with a 1600 × 1000 × 800 mm compression chamber and a 400 × 400 mm bale size, the Y83-160 ensures easy handling and market-accepted bale output.
