The Q43P-1000A Metal Shredder is designed for overseas recycling projects that require equipment to match local power conditions, workshop layouts and production processes. The machine is equipped with 33 blades, each measuring 300 mm in diameter and 30 mm in thickness. Two 11 kW motors drive the cutting system at 16 rpm, providing a reference capacity of 2–3 m³/h. After processing, suitable metal scrap is reduced to pieces of approximately 30 × 40 mm.

How It Works

Suitable scrap is loaded into the hopper and guided into the shredding chamber. Two motor-driven shafts rotate at low speed, allowing the blades to grip and pull material into the cutting area.
