1. 55°dovetail guide way is adopted on axis,and rectangular guide way on Y-axis. Adopted strengthen iron both sides of the column,that makes the machine rigid and beautiful .The worktable surface and 3 axis guide way are hardened and precision ground.
 
2. Spindle tolerance:0.005mm.
 
3. Milling head adopts 3HP motor, 16 steps speed pulley head, variable speed head is optional.
 
4. Each machine comes with its own QC report for tested tolerances..
 
5. The machine is of excellent configuration with wide working range and small area requirement.

Head swivel angles are 90°left/right and 45°front/back.

 
6. Suitable for household appliances, daily necessities mold processing.
