1.BTMC1220 is upgrade the product the of big size VMC-1270 cnc machine center advantages.
2.Improve amchine processing precisoin, spindle centerline and Z axis guide-way is basic coincidence, without deformation problem of spindle box caused by 780-950mm gap of VMC machine.
3.Elimainate the precision difference by caused worktable of impending at both ends.
4.Good Accuracy stable, long service life, Y axis don't bear work-piece weight, worktable running is no more than base of table, solve the worktable long-term bearing load, cause the deformation.
5.Loading weight of worktable is increased by 50% than loaded weight of VMCmachine table.
6.Heavy cutting of machine's vibration is reduced, it is more suitable heavy cutting for the structure design of spindle centerline and Z axis guide-way basic cioncidence.
7.Z axis adapt Nitrongen balance, improved reaction speed, run more smoothly than VMCmachine with heavy hanmmer.
