Hot air (adjustable temperature) is introduced through the air ring, rapidly reducing moisture content—ideal for processing high-humidity materials (up to 15%) without pre-drying.
Hydraulic Roller Grinding: 2-4 hydraulic-driven grinding rollers apply adjustable pressure (0.8-1.2MPa) to the material bed. Centrifugal force from the disc (rotating at 60-120r/min) spreads the material evenly, ensuring full contact with rollers for efficient crushing—no redundant friction, no uneven wear.
Dynamic Classification & Efficient Collection: Fine powder is lifted by airflow to the built-in high-speed classifier (1500-4500r/min). Through precise air flow control and blade rotation, particles meeting the required fineness (150-2500 mesh) pass through and are collected by the pulse bag filter (dust collection efficiency ≥99.9%).
