1 . Descriptions:
Vibratory bowl feeders play a crucial role in automated manufacturing. They transport parts in a sequential manner to the production line, preparing them for subsequent processing and packaging, which significantly enhances productivity.
When a vibratory bowl feeder starts operating, the parts placed in the bowl move along the tracks. As they pass through these specially designed tracks, the parts are reoriented. If a part fails to meet the required orientation, it is pushed back to the center of the bowl to re-enter the track and repeat the process, ultimately achieving the correct orientation before proceeding to the next stage.

3 . Custom Vibratory Bowl Feeders for Hardware Nail Conveyance :
A hardware product manufacturer sent us an inquiry, requesting the design of vibratory bowl feeders to convey nails to their packaging machine. Since the customer produces nails of multiple different sizes, we customized vibratory bowl feeders of corresponding sizes for each nail type to ensure precise and efficient conveyance.
The customer also required the ability to adjust the number of nails fed into the packaging machine. To meet this demand, our engineers integrated an intelligent PLC control system into the feeders.
