Introduction
Belt bucket elevator is suitable for vertical transmission of powder, granular and small block and less abrasive bulk materials, which has a small requirement for the type of materials, characteristics and block degrees, it can raise powder, granular and bulk materials, and abrasive materials such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc. It can also raise high temperature products that below 250°C with the max height of 40m.
Features
1. Application widely, not only lifting the common powder, granular and block material, but also lifting the high grinding material;
2. Low driving power, low energy consumption, energy conservation;
3. For lifting same material, energy consumption is 1/3~1/2 compared with the link chain bucket elevator;

Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor
The bucket elevators are mainly used for the vertical transportation of granular materials just like peanuts, sweets, dried fruits, rice, pet foods etc. They are designed with stainless steel sanitary construction, durable configuration, high lifting altitude, large delivery capacity.
Working Principle
The hopper scoop up the material from the nether storage, raising to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain. After bypassing the top wheel it turns downward, and the bucket elevator dump the material into the tank.
