Walk-in chambers are solid, one-piece construction, using fiberglass insulation and an angle-iron frame. The stainless steel interior liner is reinforced and continuously welded, including leak-testing for integrity.

Temperature range up to 150°C

Temperature-cycling faster than 5 °C/min.

Capabable of long-term 85°/85% tests

(Conventional chambers, are built using panels with foam insulation that cannot withstand higher temperatures and are mor susceptible to leaks at the seams under extreme conditions, such as fast temperature cycling.)

The angle-iron frame provides enough structural strength to allow a full-opening door for easy loading of large arrays without restriction. A full-opening door can also allow floor-space saving over panel chambers.

Easy-to-use Programmer

In addition, the JQ-2700 Touch-screen controller makes running an environmental test chamber a breeze. The full-color, touch-screen interface is remarkably easy to use and understand. Touch Screen Controller can be managed remotely via our Ethernet/LAN-based Web Controller or RS-232 serial port.

Solid-construction chamber is a one-piece welded structure with six inches of fiberglass insulation and a 304 stainless steel interior

One 4" (100mm) diameter cable port with silicone plug

Refrigeration and Plenum

Modular or Integrated Air Plenum with cooling coil, wire heaters, and two circulator blowers

Humidity system includes steam generator and dehumidification coil
