What is Agree Chamber ?
The AGREE method of testing is an acronym for The Department of Defense Advisory Group on Reliability of Electronics Equipment. AGREE chambers were originally used to perform specific tests on the reliability of military equipment, but are now more generally used in many other industries.
Most AGREE chambers are compatible with electrodynamic or mechanical vibration systems. Certain AGREE models can work with vibration systems in both the horizontal and vertical modes of operation. Most of these models can be customized to accommodate the needs of specific applications. For instance, two-sided doors, vertical lifts, rear sliding doors, and many other features can be added to customize the chamber to particular specifications.
The use of AGREE chambers provides manufacturers with a multitude of different benefits. These chambers allow manufacturers to simultaneously test three separate environmental conditions, which reduces overall costs of testing and improves product quality and reliability.
They also help accelerate the design and production process, reducing the time to market. In most cases, the floors of these chambers are designed to accommodate different shaker heads, so they can be used for a variety of applications.
