1. Product Overview
C - series Ultrasonic Mechanical Vibrator For Glass Sand been adopted advanced techniques high sophisticated screening equipment. It consists of ultrasonic producer and vibrating screen. It’s an important breakthrough in screening efficiency. This sieving machine adopts advanced intelligent vibrating ultrasonic controller and has solved many problems caused by single freq uency, truly realizing the reasonable combination of ultrasonic function and vibration sieve.
2. Working Principle
An ultrasonic energy converter added to the common screening machine can produce the ultrasonic frequency to make the screen vibrate continuously based on the low frequency vibration caused by the electric motor. Thus the oversize particles are forced to upspring and the adsorptive materials are broken up, at the same time, the ultrasonic vibration can be conducted thoughout the whole screen net by the net wire to prevent the mesh from being plugged to realize a better screening.
