Ton bag unpacking machine is mainly suitable for 500 kg to 2000 kg bag powder material unpacking and unloading operation, widely used in chemical industry, plastics, sewage treatment, infrastructure and other industries. The tonnage bag unpacking machine can unpack and unload the powder material which is easy to carry dust, with automatic dust collection function, to ensure a good working environment. After the material is unpacked, the ton bag unpacking machine can transport the equipment to the proper position through the pipe chain conveyor, screw conveyor and pneumatic conveying system, so as to realize the dust-free unpacking conveying, which not only improves the efficiency of unpacking conveying, but also solves the dust leakage problem in the dust unpacking conveying. It is suitable for the unpacking conveying system in chemical, pharmaceutical, coal, building materials and other industries. Working principle
Artificial hanging belt and self-configured electric hoist will lift the material, and then slowly down to the unpacking area can be manually unpacking (tons of bags need to be used twice) or by self-configured cross cutter to cut the bottom of the material (optional) by its own gravity. The device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the work intensity of workers, but also improve the production efficiency, to solve some tons of bags of materials in the process of unpacking due to moisture absorption caused by caking, bridge is not easy to discharge phenomenon.
