Working principle
The machine is composed of four parts: frame, motor, hopper and crusher. The material enters the crushing chamber directly through the hopper. The purpose of crushing is achieved through the strong shear of the moving knife and fixed knife with medium speed rotation. By adjusting the gap between moving tool and fixed tool, the size of the obtained particles is controlled. Through the control of the screen, the particles that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge port, and the materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be shear crushed in the crushing chamber until the requirements are met. The material is sent into the crushing chamber by the hopper. After the impact of the blade and the knife seat, the rotary knife and the fixed knife shear and crush at the same time. Due to the action of the rotary centrifugal force, the material automatically flows out from the exit.
Main Features
