Ribbon mixer machine is generally used for mixing sticky or cohesive powder particles and mixing liquid and paste materials added to the powder particles. The horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of a U-shaped container, a screw belt mixing blade, and a transmission component. U-shaped long body cylinder structure, to ensure the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) in the body of the small resistance movement.
The positive and negative rotating screw is installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low power and efficient mixing environment, the screw blade of the powder ribbon blender is generally made of double or three layers, the outer spiral material from both sides to the central collection, the inner spiral material from the central to both sides of the transmission can make the material in the flow to form more eddy current, speed up the mixing speed, improve the mixing uniformity.

5. Bottom discharge method of horizontal ribbon mixer: powder material adopts a pneumatic large-opening structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; high-fineness material or semi-fluid material adopts a manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve, manual butterfly valve is economical and applicable, the pneumatic butterfly valve has good sealing performance for semi-fluid, but the cost is higher than that of the manual butterfly valve.
Opening method
Different forms of openings can be set on the cylinder cover of the mixer to meet the use under different working conditions. According to the opening function can be set up manhole, cleaning door, feeding port, exhaust port, dust removal port, etc., the opening form has flange type standard opening, quick opening with cover door; The mixer can be set to fully open the cylinder cover, which is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment.
