Product Introduction
Eversun big bag unloading station can discharge tons of bags, and produce little dust, products in a closed space smoothly into the next production process, simple and high efficiency, reduce labor costs.
Eversun developed a modular concept for a large bagging station. Rack, transverse, chain hoist, unloading auxiliary equipment, bag docking system, buffer bin, unloading device and other required components can be selected from the "construction group" according to requirements.
The entire unloading station can be configured on demand with no design cost, the price and lead time are very advantageous, they can be comparable to the series production equipment, but modular stations are much more versatile than standard models, which makes it very flexible.
Modular technology enables active oil stations to adapt to changing production conditions at minimal cost.

1. The structure of opening the bag is simple and the operation is convenient
2. The tapping device can ensure that the material enters the next process smoothly and quickly from the bag
3. For the agglomerated materials, we can also provide the installation of a crusher. The crusher will crush the material when the bag is opened for loading, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent processing work.
4. The whole machine is fully automated to improve productivity and reduce labor intensity;
5. Sealed and unpacked to prevent dust from flying, no heat generation, improve the working environment and reduce production costs;
Working principle:
- by forklift or electric hoist to enhance the ton bags to the equipment feed port;
- manually or automatically open the discharging mouth of ton bags;
- open the flow valve and supplemented by vibration device to promote powder or granular material(in the ton bags) to rely on gravity fall into the hopper to complete unpacking discharging work.
