Precautions for operating V-type mixer
1. Before use, an idle run test shall be conducted. Before the test run, check the firmness of all connecting parts of the horizontal V-type mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of electrical equipment, and then close the main switch and connect the power supply to carry out the idle run test.
2. Installation: place the machine stably, install the machine foot and pad it so that the machine can run freely.
3. Before use, fill the place to be filled with oil, and then carry out no-load operation. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical is normal, and whether the machinery operates normally. If there is any abnormality, carry out repair and commissioning.
4. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, and the feeding amount shall not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cover and start the machine for operation. If any abnormality is found on the way, stop the machine for inspection.
5. Wash the inside and outside of the hopper after work or when changing varieties.
