Product Description
The conical mixer is a well-designed mixing equipment, renowned for its unique conical cavity and efficient double-screw agitator. Working Principle
The core working principle of the conical mixer is based on the ingenious combination of forced convective diffusion and gravitational flow. The key lies in the combined motion of the double helical stirrers: two helical stirrers revolve around the central axis of the conical container while also rotating at high speed on their own.
This movement has two key functions: Firstly, the rotation of the spiral will forcefully lift the materials from the bottom of the cone to the top; subsequently, the lifted materials, under the influence of gravity, will evenly spread out and fall back towards the central area to the bottom. The materials undergo a three-dimensional cycle of lifting, diffusion, and reflux throughout the container, rapidly achieving a uniform distribution from the microscopic to the macroscopic level. The entire process is efficient, gentle, and has no mixing dead zones.
