Product description
The vacuum feeding machine is an efficient and clean material transportation device that can quickly and smoothly transfer powder and granular materials to the designated position automatically. It can prevent dust flying and cross-contamination, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the production environment. It is widely used in production lines and packaging processes in industries such as food and chemical, and helps to improve the automation level and operational efficiency.
Working principle
The working principle of the vacuum feeding machine is an automated cycle based on negative pressure pneumatic conveying. Its working process can be summarized into four stages: suction, filtration, discharge, and cleaning: Firstly, the vacuum pump is activated, generating negative pressure in the sealed silo. The materials are sucked in through the suction pipe. Subsequently, the mixed gas flow undergoes gas-solid separation in the silo, with the materials settling and the air being purified by the top filter before being discharged. When the silo is full, the vacuum environment is disrupted, and the bottom discharge valve opens, allowing the materials to be discharged by gravity. At the same time, the pulse reverse-blowing system cleans the filter to ensure its continuous efficiency. The entire process is an automatic cycle, achieving closed and dust-free continuous transportation.
