Product description
The vacuum feeding machine is an efficient and clean automated powder and granular material conveying device. It can safely and smoothly transport various powdered and granular materials to the designated positions within a completely sealed system, without any dust leakage throughout the process. This ensures the cleanliness of the production environment and the purity of the materials. This equipment is particularly suitable for industries with strict requirements for hygiene, safety, and automation. It is one of the key devices for enhancing the efficiency and reliability of modern production lines.
Working principle
1. Vacuum feeding: The vacuum pump is activated, creating negative pressure within the sealed material storage bin of the feeding machine. Under the influence of atmospheric pressure, the outside air passes through the suction pipe and brings the materials into the pipeline, which is then transported to the storage bin.
2. Gas-material separation: After the material-laden airflow enters the storage bin, its speed decreases and the materials settle at the bottom of the bin due to gravity; the air is then extracted through the top precision filter, while dust is intercepted by the filter element to ensure clean air is discharged.
3. Discharge and cleaning: Once the set conditions are met, the vacuum pump stops, the storage bin is connected to the atmosphere, and the vacuum state is disrupted. At this point, the discharge valve at the bottom automatically opens, and the materials fall into the downstream equipment due to gravity. At the same time, compressed air pulses are used to blow against the filter element, shaking off the attached dust and restoring the efficiency of the filter.
This process repeats automatically in a cycle, achieving continuous, sealed and dust-free automated transportation.
