Product description

The rotary vibrating screen is a common and highly efficient screening device, usually with a cylindrical structure. It generates multi-dimensional vibrations through vibrating motors to achieve rapid stratification and screening of materials. It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food, and metallurgy, capable of precisely classifying materials like particles and powders according to their particle size. This equipment features high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, compact structure, and is easy to clean and maintain. Working principle
The core of the rotary vibrating screen lies in the vertical vibrating motor installed on the screen machine as the vibration source. At both ends of the motor, there are eccentric weights. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights, a complex three-dimensional motion trajectory can be synthesized: the combined horizontal, vertical and inclined directional vibration forces form a unique three-dimensional rotary vibration motion. 
The material does not move in a simple straight line on the surface of the screen, but follows a cycloidal spiral trajectory. This movement enables the material to fully disperse and stratify. Fine particles quickly pass through the screen, while coarse particles move along the spiral trajectory towards the discharge outlet, thus achieving efficient, precise screening, filtration or classification.
