Product description
The continuous vacuum feeding machine is an automated conveying equipment for powder and granular materials. It achieves efficient and clean transfer through sealed pipelines. Working principle
The working principle of the vacuum feeding machine is based on negative pressure pneumatic transportation. It achieves sealed material transfer through an automated suction-discharge cycle: Firstly, the system generates a vacuum, which sucks the materials into the storage bin and separates the gas from the materials; then the vacuum is released, and the materials are discharged by gravity; finally, the filter is cleaned by pulse reverse blowing to prepare for the next cycle. The entire process runs automatically and repeatedly, enabling continuous and clean batch transportation.
