The rotary vibrating screen is an efficient and precise screening equipment. It uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source and adjusts the phase angle of the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends to make the screen surface produce a three-dimensional elliptical motion trajectory. This equipment is compact in design and has good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent dust from escaping. It also supports multi-layer screen mesh configuration to achieve multi-stage separation. The rotary vibrating screen is widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering, food, and abrasive materials, and is suitable for screening, filtering, and grading operations of particles, powders, and slurries. Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen is driven by a vertical vibration motor. The excitation forces generated by the upper and lower eccentric blocks combine to form a unique three-dimensional elliptical motion trajectory. This movement causes the materials on the screen to simultaneously exhibit vertical throwing, horizontal rotation and dispersion effects, facilitating rapid layering of the materials: fine particles sink through the screen mesh, while coarse particles rise and spiral towards the discharge port, thereby efficiently completing screening, filtering or classification operations in a continuous operation.
