Product description
The continuous vacuum feeding machine is an industrial equipment that enables efficient and automated transportation of powder and granular materials within a closed pipeline. It utilizes a continuous negative pressure airflow, which allows for stable and rapid material extraction from the supply point and subsequent transportation to designated containers or process points without interrupting the system operation. Working principle
This equipment creates a stable negative pressure airflow in the pipeline through a vacuum pump, causing the material to be sucked into the separation container. Subsequently, the system automatically switches to a pressure relief state, and the material is discharged under the force of gravity. The two stages of material suction and discharge are alternately cycled through the automatic valve control system, thereby achieving continuous and sealed material transportation.
