Product Introduction

The vibrating screen is an efficient screening equipment, renowned for its unique swinging motion that mimics manual screening. It achieves rapid and precise separation by means of gentle three-dimensional swinging, causing the materials to form a smooth spiral diffusion on the screen surface. Working principle

The working principle of the vibrating screen is that through a special mechanical structure, the screen body is driven to generate a three-dimensional swinging motion that simulates manual screening. This motion is not intense vertical vibration or horizontal circular motion, but rather a gentle and gradual combined swinging in space. 
During operation, the materials are fed from the center of the sieve surface. Under the swing drive, they follow a gradually spiral diffusion trajectory along the surface of the sieve mesh. Fine-grained materials, under the gentle influence of gravity and centrifugal force, have ample opportunities to pass through the sieve holes; while the coarse-grained or agglomerated materials that fail to pass through the sieve, or those that are not fully separated, smoothly rotate along the sieve surface to the discharge outlet at the edge. The entire process is smooth and efficient, achieving high-precision separation while minimizing the impact and crushing of the materials, and significantly reducing the wear of the sieve mesh.
