The rotary vibrating screen is a highly precise screening equipment with an exquisite design. Working principle
The power core of the rotary screen is a vertical vibration motor installed on the top of the equipment. At both ends of the motor shaft, adjustable eccentric blocks are installed. When the motor rotates at high speed, the eccentric blocks generate a strong centrifugal force. 
This centrifugal force will drive the screening machine to produce a three-dimensional compound motion. You can understand it as:
A horizontal rotational movement, which is responsible for evenly distributing the materials and spreading them out in a spiral pattern;
A vertical up-and-down vibration, which is responsible for making the materials jump on the screening surface, thereby effectively preventing the clogging of the sieve holes and accelerating the screening of fine particles. 
The three-dimensional trajectory formed by these two movements enables the materials to be fully dispersed on the sieve surface and efficiently stratified, thereby achieving rapid screening, classification and solid-liquid separation. By adjusting the relative angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the movement trajectory of the materials and the screening speed can be precisely controlled.
