Product description
The helical mixer is an efficient and versatile mixing equipment. Working principle
The core working principle of the spiral mixer lies in its unique spiral-shaped stirring paddle and the combined motion of the materials within the barrel.
When the equipment is started, the spiral belt on the central axis lifts the material upward from the bottom, just like a slow spiral conveyor. At the same time, the spiral belt installed on the outer side of the mixing arm moves in the opposite direction, compressing and transporting the material downward from the top.
This up-and-down, opposite-direction movement created a powerful circulation flow in the mixing chamber. During the process of continuous lifting, scattering, and pulling down of the materials, they intermingled, diffused, and permeated with each other. Moreover, the friction between the materials themselves and the spiral belt, the cylinder wall, as well as the relative sliding of the material particles, further enhanced the uniformity of the mixing.
This combination of axial circulation flow and radial disturbance ensures that even materials with significant differences in density and particle size can achieve a highly uniform mixing state within a short period of time.
