Product description
The straight-through screen is a compact and highly efficient professional vibrating screening equipment. It is made of food-grade stainless steel and complies with strict hygiene and safety standards. The design of this equipment is ingenious. After the materials enter the feed port, they can be evenly distributed on the screen surface and complete classification. The qualified fine materials and the unqualified coarse materials are discharged directly and continuously from their respective outlets. The screening process is smooth and free of blockages. Its fully enclosed design effectively prevents dust from flying, is easy to be quickly cleaned and maintained, and is an ideal choice for efficient classification, impurity removal or solid-liquid separation of powder and granular materials in the food, chemical, and grain processing industries.
 
Working principle
The straight-row sieve generates excitation force through the vibration motors on both sides, driving the sieve body to perform three-dimensional vibration. After the materials are fed into the top inlet of the equipment, they will be rapidly and evenly distributed over the entire sieve surface under the vibration effect. 
The materials smaller than the sieve mesh size pass through the sieve rapidly under the action of vibration and gravity, and are directly discharged through the lower discharge port; the materials larger than the sieve aperture move forward along the sieve surface and are finally discharged from the coarse material outlet located on the upper layer of the equipment. The entire screening process is continuous and efficient, with short residence time of the materials on the sieve and large processing capacity.
