Product Description
The plough mixer is an efficient and versatile industrial mixing equipment, adept at handling various powders and particles including those with high viscosity. Working Principle
The working principle of the plough mixer is based on the synergy of its core components - the plough blade and the flying blade. The high-speed rotating plough blade forcefully throws the materials along the inner wall of the container, creating a wide range of circulation convection, achieving rapid mixing of the main materials. At the same time, an optional high-speed flying blade group can shear and disperse the material lumps, providing a strong local dispersion effect. The combination of the two enables different types of materials to reach a highly uniform mixing state within a short period of time, especially meeting the requirements for mixing with liquids or high viscosity.
Structural features
In terms of structural design, this plow-type mixer has unique functional features. The U-shaped or trough-shaped cylinder is made of stainless steel with wear-resistant properties, and its inner wall is polished to reduce material adhesion. The top flange for feeding and the bottom butterfly valve for discharging achieve an automated process. The main shaft is equipped with multiple sets of wear-resistant plows, and the angles of the side knives can be independently adjusted and driven separately. It is also matched with a high-strength alloy steel main shaft and a variable-frequency transmission system. Additionally, labyrinth seals or mechanical seals combined with the dust collection interface can effectively control dust leakage, meeting the clean production requirements of industries such as chemical and food.
