Product description
The dust-free feeding station is an efficient and environmentally friendly equipment specifically designed for the feeding process of powders and granular materials. Through a fully enclosed design and a negative pressure ventilation system, it effectively prevents dust from escaping at the source, creating a clean working environment. Working principle
After startup, the built-in fan generates a stable negative pressure airflow within the feeding chamber, keeping the internal air pressure slightly lower than the external environment. This pressure difference forms an invisible barrier, effectively suppressing and directing the dust generated during feeding, preventing it from escaping. The flying dust is quickly drawn into the high-efficiency filtration unit by the airflow, while the clean air is either discharged or recycled. The captured dust is collected and treated by the automatic cleaning system, thus achieving a fully dust-free and safe feeding process throughout.
