Working principle
The open-ton-bag feeding station is a specialized equipment designed for convenient and efficient handling of large-capacity packaged materials. Its core working principle is as follows: Firstly, the ton bags are hung on an open support structure. After manual bag opening, the materials fall into the lower hopper due to gravity. At the same time, an integrated efficient dust removal system is activated immediately, creating negative pressure at the feeding port, effectively suppressing and collecting the dust generated during the unloading process, ensuring a clean operation. For powders prone to bridging, the equipment usually is equipped with tapping or vibration devices to assist in breaking the bridge, ensuring smooth feeding.
