Product description
The intermittent vacuum feeding machine is a kind of automated conveying equipment specifically designed for powdery and granular materials. It achieves efficient and dust-free material transportation in a sealed pipeline through intermittent vacuum suction. This equipment has a compact structure and intelligent operation, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring a clean and safe production environment. Working principle
The intermittent vacuum feeding machine achieves sealed transportation through an automated cycle: Firstly, the vacuum pump creates negative pressure inside the storage bin, drawing in the materials; then, the filter separates the air from the materials, ensuring the air is clean; once the set conditions are met, the system breaks the vacuum and activates the discharge valve, allowing the materials to fall into the downstream equipment by gravity; finally, the filter is automatically back-flushed for cleaning, preparing for the next cycle. The entire process is precisely controlled by PLC, ensuring high efficiency and dust-free operation.
