Product description
The combination of the dust-free feeding station and the direct discharge screen constitutes an integrated solution for the clean and efficient processing of powder and granular materials. This system, with its fully enclosed design, controls dust emission at the source and enables clean production. After the materials are unloaded in a dust-free manner at the feeding station, they directly fall into the direct discharge screen for rapid screening. The process is seamless and integrated, significantly enhancing production efficiency while ensuring the safety of the operating environment and the quality of the materials. It is widely applied in industrial production processes that require high standards of cleanliness and continuity.
Working principle
When the materials are unpacked in the sealed compartment of the feeding station, the negative pressure system immediately absorbs the dust, ensuring that the materials fall down into the downstream direct-discharge sieve under the influence of gravity. The direct-discharge sieve vibrates to quickly disperse the materials on the sieve surface, allowing the qualified fine materials to be vertically discharged, while the coarse materials are separated to the side. The entire process is continuously and automatically completed in a closed system, achieving dust-free operation and rapid classification.
