Product description
The double-cone mixer is a classic equipment used for mixing powdery and granular materials. Its main body consists of two symmetrical conical cylindrical shells. Working principle
The working principle of the double-cone mixer is based on the physical processes of gravity diffusion and convection mixing. The core of it is that the mixing container rotates at a constant speed around a horizontal axis. During operation, the materials are continuously lifted to a certain height by the rotating cylinder, and then slide down along the cylinder wall under the influence of gravity for diffusion. This lifting and sliding motion repeats in three-dimensional space, causing the different components of the materials to constantly exchange positions and penetrate each other within the container, thereby achieving a rapid, uniform and gentle mixing effect.
