Product description
The planar cyclone separator is an efficient and precise solid particle separation equipment. It is renowned for its smooth operation, low noise, and high screening efficiency. This equipment adopts a horizontally installed circular screen and moves in a unique planar cyclone motion under the drive of power, which can effectively prevent material from blocking the mesh holes and is suitable for various operations such as particle size classification and slurry filtration of materials. Due to its compact structure, good sealing performance, and ease of replacing the screen, it is widely used in numerous industries including chemical, food, medicine, and metallurgy.
Working principle
The working principle of the planar reciprocating screen is that two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions generate a stable planar reciprocating force. This force drives the screen mesh to perform approximately circular horizontal movement, causing the materials projected onto the screen to be subjected to this rotary action, spreading, rolling and loosening uniformly from the center to the periphery. During this process, fine particles smaller than the screen holes quickly pass through the screen and separate due to the continuous rotary motion. At the same time, this motion characteristic can effectively prevent material blockage of the mesh holes. The coarse particles that fail to pass through the screen are collected and discharged at the periphery, thereby achieving efficient and precise screening.
