Product Introduction
The swing sieve is an efficient and precise screening equipment that is compatible with multiple layers of screen meshes. It can simultaneously complete the classification of 2 to 6 types of materials.
It features high screening accuracy and large processing capacity. During the screening process, it causes minimal damage to the materials and can be adapted to various material types such as fine powder particles and irregular materials. It is widely used in screening scenarios in industries like food, chemical engineering, medicine, and mining.
Working principle
The core of the vibrating screen achieves the screening action through the eccentric shaft drive mechanism: The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, causing the screen box to undergo a unique three-dimensional swinging motion - it includes both the horizontal circular motion along the screen surface and the vertical up-and-down throwing motion, which simulates the shaking and tossing actions of manual screening. This movement enables the materials to be evenly dispersed on the sieve surface and fully contact the sieve mesh. Materials smaller than the sieve holes can pass through the sieve quickly, while materials larger than the sieve holes are transported forward orderly along the sieve surface. This ultimately achieves efficient classification of materials of different particle sizes, while avoiding material accumulation and blockage of the sieve holes.
