Product description
The continuous vacuum feeding machine is an automated conveying equipment specifically designed for powder and granular materials, capable of performing uninterrupted material transfer operations.
It is mainly composed of core components such as a vacuum pump, conveying pipelines, and hoppers. It features a fully enclosed conveying characteristic, which can effectively prevent dust and material contamination, and significantly improve the loading efficiency.
This equipment is highly adaptable and has been widely used in various industries such as food and chemical manufacturing, where there are strict requirements for material cleanliness and transportation efficiency. It is applied in numerous production lines across these industries.
Working principle
The working principle and process of the continuous vacuum feeding machine is as follows: First, start the vacuum pump to create a negative pressure inside the conveying system. Under the effect of the pressure difference, the materials are sucked into the conveying pipeline from the material source through the suction port. Then, they move continuously along the pipeline and enter the separation device. After the materials are separated from the gas flow, they fall into the target equipment. The gas is filtered and then discharged or recycled. The entire process does not require stopping, and the continuous material conveying is achieved by maintaining negative pressure throughout to ensure continuous operation.
