Product description
The straight-through vibrating screen is an efficient and lightweight screening device. It is driven by a vibrating motor and uses the exciting force generated by the vibration source to achieve material screening.
It has a compact structure and is composed of a sieve box, vibrating motors, a screen and so on. Its features include high screening efficiency, low noise and easy disassembly and assembly.
It is applicable to industries such as food, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. It can remove impurities and classify granular and powdered materials. It can quickly discharge the materials on the screen and those under the screen. It is especially suitable for screening with high output and low impurities.
Working principle
The working principle of the straight-through screen is as follows: When the double-axis vibration motor operates, the two eccentric blocks rotate at high speed, generating directional excitation force, which is transmitted to the screen box to cause high-frequency and small-amplitude linear vibration. Fine particles pass through the sieve holes and become the screen discharge, which is discharged directly through the aggregate chamber; coarse particles move forward along the slightly inclined sieve surface and are discharged from the sieve top discharge outlet, thereby efficiently completing the material screening and separation.
